Cute LED Lamps – Return & Refund Policy (UK Customers)
At Cute LED Lamps, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if you’re not satisfied, our return policy outlines your rights and our obligations under UK law.
This policy applies to all purchases made directly from www.cuteledlamps.co.uk.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned in the same condition it was received, including all original parts, components, and packaging.
- Only products that show normal handling will be accepted. Damage caused by careless handling or misuse will void eligibility.
- If the product was found to be defective on arrival, this must be reported immediately.
- Returns must be initiated via our Contact Form, and the customer is responsible for providing tracking information once the item has been shipped back.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if any of the above conditions are not met.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please fill out the Contact Form on our website and include the following details in your message:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the reason for return
- Photographic evidence if the item is defective or damaged
- Your first and last name
- Your delivery address
Once submitted, you will receive confirmation within 7 working days of whether your return has been approved or rejected.
3. Return Shipping
- All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service to avoid disputes.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item sent by us.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- We will issue a refund to your original payment method, or offer store credit, depending on your preference.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days from the date we receive the returned item.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
5. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we will offer you a free replacement at no extra cost. This must be reported immediately upon delivery via our Contact Form with photo evidence attached.
Please note that faulty items reported beyond the 30-day window may be eligible for replacement or repair under statutory warranty, depending on the issue.
Legal Notice
This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which grants UK consumers the right to return most goods purchased online within 14 days. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days to give you greater peace of mind.
